CELEBRATE ART – On Sept. 1, Union City kicked off “Celebrate Art Month” with an opening ceremony at City Hall. The month-long event features artistic offerings for the entire family including art exhibits, classical concerts, poetry concerts, jazz concerts, dance concerts, opera, a film festival, and much more.
